Return and Refund Policy

Basic Rules

Our return policy gives you the opportunity to return products within 14 days of receipt. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, holiday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

1. Contact us at post@fragrancebar.no to start the return process.

2. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process the refund.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act to ensure fairness and transparency for our customers.
